Jean Michel Dias is an experienced IT Specialist with a focus on improving reliability, automating and simplifying operations. He is currently working as an SRE Lead at dock - banking as a service. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Jean has worked with leading companies like Smiles and Edenred, where he has honed his skills in IT Operations and Analysis. At Smiles, Jean was responsible for maintaining the digital channels of the company and improving application performance. He worked on production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and building automations to help IT Ops teams. He also conducted post-incident reviews and supported releases to production using blue/green deployment.
